Exercise counseling and personal training services.

Exercise does not always have to be about performance or pushing to the limit. For me, the most important thing is to help you find the joy of movement and build sustainable, well-being-supporting habits in everyday life – gently and from your own starting point.
I offer exercise guidance and, in particular, personal training based on functional training. I do not coach for fitness stages or competitions, but focus on what truly carries you far: health, energy, and everyday functional capacity.
Functional training is especially close to my heart because it supports the body's natural way of moving. The exercises develop strength, mobility, balance, and body control in a way that directly shows in everyday life – whether it is coping at work, hobbies, or ordinary daily tasks.
I want to help you move more, feel better, and feel stronger in your own body – without pressure or the pursuit of perfection. Every step is enough, and small changes create big impacts.
